This filter is equipped with the unique AEMINA technology: an antimicrobial substance (quaternary ammonium) binds to a silane (silicone derivative that permanently alters the properties of a surface) to obtain an organofunctional silane, i.e. a molecule active against microorganisms.
It is recommended to replace the filters every 6 months, especially after long periods of use.
