E' semplice ordinare, peccato che gli articoli sono segnati come disponibili sul sito, ma in realtà risultano da ordinare e ti avvisano solo dopo l'acquisto con una email. Anche dopo la mail, controllando il sito, la situazione non viene aggiornata. Ho chiesto e pagato (€60) per un servizio assistenza su un piano cottura elica. Dopo alcuni giorni mi hanno scritto che non fanno interventi a domicilio (!) ma solo prelevando il pezzo rotto in laboratorio , un piano cottura da 100kg !mi restituiranno i €60 su carta ma ad oggi ancora nulla .
