Non era il prodotto ordinato. Volevo candeggina con detergente
Ho acquistato un articolo che non prevedeva come da immagine il costo del trasporto. Avendomi fatto notare che si trattava di un errore(che non dipendeva da me) mi è stato chiesto se desideravo la restituzione della somma. Ho scelto questa opzione,ma la azienda in questione mi ha inviato il pezzo a sue spese. Ho ritenuto il gesto molto corretto.

Ricambio perfetto, aderente alla descrizione, per quanto non ci fosse una foto a supporto. Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare circa 10 GG in più per il riassortimento, ma ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi indicati dall'assistenza clienti che mi aveva offerto il rimborso nel caso non avessi voluto attendere. Quindi un'ottima esperienza di acquisto.

La spedizione presso il punto vendita è stata rapidissima ed il personale in loco (Marghera) mi ha assistito aiutandomi a portare l'oggetto acquistato, che era molto pesante, in auto. Esperienza pessima. Prima accettano l'ordine facendo credere di avere il materiale a magazzino in pronta consegna. In realtà ordinano sul venduto. Poi dopo giorni " persi" e di attesa ti annullano l'ordine dicendo che il fornitore non ha piu' disponibilità del pezzo ordinato. Pessima esperienza.
