Il prodotto corrisponde alle aspettative. Ricevuto in pochi giorni. Imballaggio perfetto, anche se mi sono cadute le braccia, per la scritta sul cartone ricevuto "MADE IN CINA", quando l'oggetto in questione, dovrebbe essere prodotto in ITALIA.
Avevo ordinato 3 prodotti, ma uno tardava ad essere assortito. Ho chiamato per chiedere aggiornamenti. Non solo l'operatrice è stata gentilissima al telefono, ma non nemmeno hanno avuto alcun problema ad annullare l'ordine del prodotto ritardatario rimborsandomi l'importo e facendo partire la spedizione per il resto del materiale il giorno stesso. Semplicemente perfetti. Bravissimi.
Mah !!! Non è cominciata bene : sito poco aggiornato dato che dopo 2 giorni dal mio ordine ( che sul sito i pezzi venivano dati per disponibili) si sono rilevati " da ordinare" !! L'acquisto e la consegna sono stati facili e puntuali. Peccato che l'azienda non ha precisato che gli articoli acquistati, che normalmente hanno una scadenza di almeno 4/5 anni, scadono ad aprile 2025. Sarebbe stata corretta un'informazione adeguata e completa.
Servizio clienti ok con risposte veloci, il pacco ci ha messo quattro giorni anziché due ad arrivare che è sopportabile (dicono che era in un'altra sede). Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.
