Azienda molto seria. Ho ricevuto il prodotto in tempi rapidi con il corriere fedex. Il prodotto aveva la griglia di protezione posteriore visibilmente ammaccata , nonostante il pacco era integro e ben imballato. Ho fatto presente il problema, e per evitare la sostituzione, in quanto il pacco pesa piú di 30kg ho proposto di inviarmi solo la griglia, che mi invieranno in una settimana in quanto al momento non ê disponibile nei loro magazzini. Sono certo che terranno fede alla loro parola.

Ho dovuto aspettare un pochino l'ordine, in quanto i pezzi richiesti non erano tutti disponibili sul momento, ma ho ricevuto fin da subito assistenza e ad ogni mia richiesta di aggiornamento ho avuto una risposta immediata. Oltretutto il pezzo che ho richiesto, su altre piattaforme costava notevolmente di più!
Purtroppo l'asse da stiro è ritornato ammaccato in due punti.
