Nessun aspetto mi ha soddisfatto, ho ordinato e pagato un ricambio per lucidatrice Folletto, dopo una settimana ho telefonato per avere informazioni a riguardo e mi è stato riferito che il pezzo non era più disponibile e mi era stato fatto il rimborso, ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessuna mail né tanto meno il rimborso.

Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare circa 10 GG in più per il riassortimento, ma ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi indicati dall'assistenza clienti che mi aveva offerto il rimborso nel caso non avessi voluto attendere.
