TIPS
Cook fatty meats such as ribs over moderate heat, which takes time to cook inside and eliminate excess fat. Meat for slaughter (cattle and pigs) needs high temperatures, while white meat (chicken, turkey, rabbit) needs moderate heat.

TEPPANYAKI PLATE
When cooking with a Teppanyaki griddle, the fire heats the stainless steel plate by conduction and then directly the food, reaching the ideal cooking temperature quickly (230/250° in just 7 minutes) and evenly distributed over the entire surface. The advantages are:

- Light and healthy cooking: you cook directly on the plate, without adding oils or fats, so the food maintains its nutritional properties and flavor unchanged
- Hygiene: the stainless steel plate does not rust
- Easier cleaning: the plate has holes at the height of an internal gutter in which cooking fats flow out
- Savings: the heat of the flame does not disperse, allowing you to reduce gas consumption.

Ricambio perfetto, aderente alla descrizione, per quanto non ci fosse una foto a supporto.
