TEPPANYAKI GRIDDLE
With cooking on a Teppanyaki griddle the flame heats the stainless steel plate by conduction and thus directly the food, reaching the ideal cooking temperature quickly (230/250° in just 7 minutes) and evenly distributed across the entire surface. The advantages are:
- Fast heating thanks to wide-band burners
- Light and healthy cooking: food is cooked directly on the plate without adding oils or fats, so it preserves its nutritional properties and flavor
- Hygiene: the stainless steel plate does not rust
- Easier cleaning: the plate has holes aligned with an internal gutter where cooking fats drain
- Savings: the flame's heat is not lost, reducing gas consumption
