.Usage and longevity
In the washing machine, pour 1 or 2 caps of the product into the fabric softener compartment depending on the intensity of fragrance you want to achieve.

Servizio clienti ok con risposte veloci, il pacco ci ha messo quattro giorni anziché due ad arrivare che è sopportabile (dicono che era in un'altra sede). Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.

Purtroppo il mio problema specifico non si è risolto e la macchina Nespresso da riparare è tornata indietro non riparata (mi hanno avvisato di ciò ma non ho capito il perché). Le 4 stelle per il servizio accessorio dalla presa della macchina da riparare alla riconsegna.
Dopo qualche giorno di attesa in più, ma nn per colpa del venditore, finalmente è arrivato il pacco. Pezzo già montato, la planetaria funziona perfettamente. Grazie mille!!
