Ottimo molto veloci nelle spedizione
Ho chiesto e pagato (€60) per un servizio assistenza su un piano cottura elica. Dopo alcuni giorni mi hanno scritto che non fanno interventi a domicilio (!) ma solo prelevando il pezzo rotto in laboratorio , un piano cottura da 100kg !mi restituiranno i €60 su carta ma ad oggi ancora nulla .
Inizialmente trovata ottima sia per prezzo che per spedizione, la sorpresa all.arrivo del pacco dove trovo un solo articolo anziché i due che avevo pagato, contattato il servizio clienti mi è stato risposto che avrebbero controllato e inviato il prodotto mancante,oggi la sorpresa di una mail di Bartolini dove mi comunica che ho una consegna da aspeer del prodotto mancante ma dove dovrei pagare il secondo articolo già pagato e pure la spedizione, spedizione che rinvierò al mittente con tanti saluti, purtroppo sotto questo aspetto direi esperienza decisamente negativa.

Precisi quando lo ordinato mi è arrivata subito un e-mail nella quale mi comunicavano che il pezzo non era in magazzino e mi hanno riaccreditato il costo. Come il pezzo è stato di nuovo disponibile mi è stato subito recapitato ottimo e i prezzi competitivi
