- Removable sharpener supplied with a separate-stroke sharpening system for maximum precision
- Slice thickness adjustment knob from 0 mm to 1.5 mm
- Minimum final-slice thickness to minimize product waste
- Steel slice-deflector with easy attachment to help release the slice
