Professional slicer blade 25 cm

To ensure quality standards, the motor that moves the blade is cooled by means of forced ventilation, avoiding overheating that could cause breakages and malfunctions.

The carriage runs on self-lubricating bushings, to ensure the linearity of the movement and maximum precision when cutting the slice.

All the screws, including the wafer, are made of stainless steel, while the material used for the slicer body is anodized aluminum: a metal alloy famous for its characteristics of lightness, strength and rustproof.
