Non solo l'operatrice è stata gentilissima al telefono, ma non nemmeno hanno avuto alcun problema ad annullare l'ordine del prodotto ritardatario rimborsandomi l'importo e facendo partire la spedizione per il resto del materiale il giorno stesso. Dopo anni di acquisti presso il negozio di Marghera mi sono azzardato ad ordinare due ricambi dal sito web, purtroppo i pezzi seppur dati come disponibili non erano a magazzino e non era più possibile l'ordine presso il loro fornitore; devo comunque dire che la risposta è stata veloce e mi hanno rimborsato quanto versato.
