Poco dopo avere fatto l'ordine mi hanno scritto via email dicendomi che purtroppo il ricambio che avevo ordinato non era in magazzino e se volevo annullare tutto; per fortuna ciò che chiedevo era una scorta che non avevo fretta di ricevere, per cui ho scelto di aspettare che rifornissero il magazzino ed oggi ho ricevuto tutto. Ottima esperienza complessivamente, in generale peccato per la totale mancanza di tracking diretta dal sito, ciononostante ottima customer care che informa ed è in linea diretta, occorrerebbe almeno informare dell'assenza di oggetti a magazzino per aiutare il consumatore a prendere una scelta informata. Comunque articolo arrivato, funzionante e ottimamente impacchettato.

Sconsigliatissimo, per un ordine fatto quindici giorni fa, non ancora ricevuto, non risulta più il tracciamento, ho contattato via email il servizio clienti una settimana fa e non mi ha ancora aggiornato e poi mi arriva questa email dove mi chiedono cosa ne penso di Assper, che dire che dalla Campania se andavo a piedi ero già tornato coi detersivi, meno male che ho pagato con PayPal!
