Nonostante al momento dell'acquisto fosse indicata la disponibilità dell'oggetto, dopo alcuni giorni non avendo ricevuto mail di spedizione ho contattato telefonicamente Ass.Pe.R.R. per informazioni e mi è stato detto che l'articolo ordinato non era disponibile e avrei dovuto attendere. Pertanto ho provveduto ad annullare l'acquisto
Facilità di acquisto indiscutibile. Non proprio la velocità di consegna presso il punto di ritiro (nel caso specifico non è stato un problema in quanto non avevo urgenza), però, in rapporto di altri servizi di altri operatori, qualche giorno per la consegna è tanto. Il ritiro è andato a buon fine, solo con un appunto: mi sono presentato al punto ritiro, ho semplicemente detto che ci dovrebbe essere un prodotto per me e la commessa mi ha "semplicemente" risposto che le è pervenuto un pacco, che non sa cosa contenga, mi ha chiesto solo se sono Simone, ho detto di si, ma potevo essere anche Mario, così me lo ho consegnato senza chiedermi prova dell'acquisto. Va benissimo !!!! Ma se invece fossi stato Mario e non Simone ??? Il mio prodotto, già pagato, sarebbe stato consegnato ad uno sconosciuto.
Non conoscevo ASSPERR cercando un articolo di cui avevo urgente bisogno, mi sono imbattuto in questo sito di acquisti online. Devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia per la chiara descrizione del prodotto grazie alla quale sono stato sicuro di aver ordinato esattamente l'articolo che mi serviva, i tempi di consegna veloci e l'imballo ottimo. ASSPERR mi ha seguito per tutto il tempo fino alla consegna. Di sicuro acquisterò nuovamente da ASSPERR.
Ordinato il 6.12 preso ordine pagato poi mi e' stato detto che il ricambio non era in magazzino avebbero ordinato arrivo 7.10 giorni io dato ok.ma ad oggi non ho notizie.aspetto sempre fiducioso.
La modalità di vendita online è valida, paragonabile ad altri negozi. La nota dolente è che la disponibilità a magazzino non è evidente. Ho acquistato un ricambio e, solo dopo qualche giorno, sono stato informato via email che Assperr avrebbe fatto un ordine al fornitore perché non ce n'erano in magazzino. Ritardo di consegna di almeno una settimana. Bene aver informato il cliente e aver reagito per soddisfarlo, meno bene aver aspettato un ordine per verificare la disponibilità a magazzino
