Terms & Conditions of Sale
Commercial relationships between ASS.PE.R.R. and customers are governed by the following general terms and conditions of sale, excluding any other agreement unless previously agreed upon.
1. Sale Prices and Purchase Methods
The sale prices shown on the website are always expressed in euros and include VAT. The shipping cost will be communicated to the customer before purchase confirmation. The customer can pay for the ordered goods using the payment methods indicated "online" at the time of purchase.
2. Data Processing Location
The processing activities related to the web services of this site take place at:

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. Personal data provided by users who send requests for informational material (requests for information, quotes, general contacts, etc.) are used solely to perform the requested service or provision and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for this purpose (e.g., product dealer)
3. Delivery
ASS.PE.R.R. GROUP will deliver to customers, at the address indicated by the customer, the selected and ordered products, using the methods specified in the previous article, via courier.
4. Voluntary Provision of Data
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms indicated in the Contacts section to request the sending of informational material or other communications. Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to obtain what is requested. For completeness, it should be noted that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request information pursuant to art 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the purpose of controlling the processing of personal data. In these cases, the response is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.
5. Orders
Online purchases will be made as follows: The customer can freely view the products offered for sale by ASS.PE.R.R.; Each product has a description card; The customer can select products of interest and add them to the cart; Once the selection is made, the customer can proceed to checkout and indicate the preferred payment method; Subsequently, the customer will be asked to confirm the order submission.
ASS.PE.R.R. Group reserves the right to cancel any order if it deems, at its sole discretion, that there are material errors, discrepancies in the data provided, or other circumstances that make the order non-compliant with company policies or sales conditions. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed and will receive a refund of any amounts already paid. This clause does not prejudice consumer rights provided by applicable law.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration, updating, or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. 7. Dropshipping Items
Items managed through dropshipping non possono essere resi, except in cases where they show damage due to transport. These products are clearly identified on their product page with a notice stating that returns are not provided for the current item.
