Ho acquistato un ferro da stiro con caldaia, mi sono trovata molto bene, servizio e prodotto ottimi. Consegna veloce e senza problemi.
Ho chiesto e pagato (€60) per un servizio assistenza su un piano cottura elica. Dopo alcuni giorni mi hanno scritto che non fanno interventi a domicilio (!) ma solo prelevando il pezzo rotto in laboratorio , un piano cottura da 100kg !mi restituiranno i €60 su carta ma ad oggi ancora nulla .
