The XTool P3 80W is an advanced, premium laser engraving machine that combines the power of an 80-watt CO2 laser with smart features to simplify your work. With a working area of 915 x 458 mm and speeds of up to 1,200 mm/s, the device allows you to achieve excellent results both in creative work and in mass production. At the same time, it guarantees safe use. Create artistic drawings, acrylic ornaments, wood sculptures, series of objects and much more: with XTool P3 you don't have to limit your creativity. The all-in-one set includes not only an engraving machine, but also an intelligent feeder for working with long sheets, a rotating accessory for processing cylindrical objects, a smoke purifier and a mobile workstation with a load capacity of up to about 200 kg, which makes it easy to move the machine and its accessories thanks to its sturdy wheels.

The Automated Creation System™ (ACS) solution integrates vision, distance measurement, and motion control into a single fluid process. The Auto-Positioning, LiDAR Ranging and Auto-Lifting Focus functions eliminate the need for manual adjustments, minimizing project preparation and ensuring the perfect focal point for any material.

Two integrated cameras - see every detail

Two integrated camera modules work in full synergy. The 16 MP SkyView panoramic camera allows you to accurately frame large projects, while the close-up camera offers incredible precision with jewelry or small parts. In addition, the Smart Nesting system automatically analyzes materials and breaks down drawings, obtaining a use of plastic up to 98.7%, and the Variable Batch Fill function allows serial engraving with variable data, perfect for customized production.

LiDAR and AutoLift Base - perfect results

The integrated LiDAR system instantly measures the distance to adjust the autofocus with high precision. AutoLift Base, on the other hand, allows materials up to about 220 mm high to be processed, placing them at an optimal level without user input. The result? Perfect cuts regardless of the thickness of the material!

EasySET™ 2.0 - intelligent material recognition

The advanced EasySet™ 2.0 system automatically scans QR codes on materials, selecting the ideal power and speed parameters. This avoids set-up errors and ensures repeatable quality with each cycle.

Automate large projects

With the included XTool P3 smart feeder, it seamlessly processes long sheets and large objects, perfect for an efficient production system. It is installed once and its guides can be easily connected in a few seconds, saving space and working time. The accessory increases the working area up to 610 x 1300 mm and allows the processing of a wide variety of materials, from wood and acrylic, to fiberboard and cork, to felt or EVA foam. In addition, its use is very simple: just lay out the material, scan its position, prepare the drawing in the software and start automatic processing. The system will take care of moving the sheet itself, maintaining perfect continuity of the drawing!

Rotating accessory included - simple engraving of cylindrical objects

The kit also includes the RA3 rotating accessory, which allows the precise engraving of cylindrical, spherical and irregular objects. Its installation only takes a moment: the innovative MagSwap™ system allows you to change it in a few seconds, without the need for tools. You can then quickly change designs and conveniently engrave ornaments, mugs, and more! The T-handle provides a stable grip for parts up to 130 mm in diameter, and the 360° LiDAR Mapping™ creates a realistic 3D preview before starting.

Two technologies, unlimited possibilities

The XTool P3 handles more than 300 types of materials combining two technologies: an 80W CO2 laser for cutting wood, acrylic, glass, leather and fabric, and an optional 5W IR module (sold separately) for engraving aluminum, copper, brass or plastic. Interchangeable lenses are also available with focal lengths of 1.5”, 2.0” and 2.5”, allowing the beam to be adapted to any activity, from fine detail cuts to deep cuts (the kit includes the M - 2.0” lens, the other lenses are available for sale separately).

Full control and work safety

The engraving machine has an integrated fire protection system and is equipped with eight flame sensors, a temperature sensor and side cameras that constantly monitor the interior of the chamber for safe operation. A CO2 cylinder (0.6 l) is also available for sale separately, which automatically extinguishes any fire in less than a second. In addition, the device offers an emergency stop function, a locking mechanism and safety functions for the open lid and waste container. All this will allow you to work with peace of mind!

Clean air with SafetyPRO™ AP2 Max

You'll also find a powerful AP2 Max air purifier included. Its filtration system with 7-layer filter and SuperCyclone technology removes smoke, odors and formaldehyde directly at the source. With a capacity of 700 m³/h, the unit guarantees a safe and comfortable working environment in any workshop.

The P3 model allows the user to observe the engraving process from two perspectives: side and front. This allows the user to see every step of the work without having to open the lid, while maintaining complete safety and precision.
