The Longer LK10 is a 3D printer designed for quick and convenient project completion. It offers a print volume of 225 × 225 × 265 mm, print speeds of up to 500 mm/s and a Direct Drive extruder with a flow rate of up to 25 mm³/s. A nozzle that reaches 300°C and a plate heated to 110°C allow the use of PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU filaments. Automatic leveling, Auto Z-Offset, filament end detection and resumption after power failure make operation more convenient. Wi-Fi, LAN and USB connectivity, together with Windows and Mac compatibility, allow convenient print management.

High Speed Direct Drive Extruder

The printer is equipped with a Direct Drive extruder with a precision gear mechanism that ensures a smooth material supply even during high speed printing. The high-flow Hotend system achieves a volumetric flow rate of up to 25 mm³/s, allowing high-quality models even with the most demanding projects. A maximum print speed of up to 500 mm/s translates into reduced printing times without sacrificing detail.

Less vibration and ghosting

The Klipper software, equipped with the Vibration Calibration function, ensures smooth operation of the device. Input Shaping technology reduces wall ghosting and undulation, ensuring that models maintain high accuracy even at high speeds. This solution results in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance of the prints and greater consistency of the details.

Wide range of supported materials

A nozzle temperature of up to 300°C and a printing plate heated to 110°C allow printing with many popular 1.75 mm filaments. The printer supports PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU, making it suitable for both simple decorative models and stronger functional parts. The adjustable layer height from 0.1 to 0.4 mm allows you to adapt the quality and speed of printing to a specific project.

Automatic calibration

The LK10 is equipped with automatic leveling of the heated printing plate and the Auto Z-Offset function that automatically sets the correct distance between the nozzle and the printing surface. This solution reduces the need for manual configurations and allows you to start printing faster. The operating system “load the filament, click print and go away” makes the device convenient even for less experienced users.

Sensorless Homing

The printer uses a Sensorless Homing system that homes the X and Y axes without the use of traditional mechanical limit switches. Stepper motors detect resistance and automatically determine the axis position, simplifying device design and reducing the number of components subject to wear. This solution also contributes to a more stable operation of the entire system.

Secure printing

The resume function after power failure allows you to continue printing from the last saved layer, reducing the risk of losing hours of work. The filament end sensor monitors material flow in real time and stops printing when an empty filament is detected. The Object Exclusion function allows you to cancel the printing of a single faulty model without interrupting work on the remaining elements on the printing platform.

Ease of use and connectivity

An intuitive multilingual touchscreen simplifies everyday use and provides quick access to settings. The printer supports Wi-Fi, LAN and USB flash drive connectivity, allowing you to conveniently transfer files and manage prints in a variety of ways. Compatibility with Windows and Mac systems, together with support for STL, OBJ and STEP formats, allows convenient preparation of models in the most popular software and in the OrcaSlicer slicer.

Metal construction

The metal frame increases structural rigidity and reduces vibrations during high-speed printing, which positively affects print quality. The printer measures 423 × 437 × 492 mm and weighs 8.3 kg, offering a large work area while maintaining a compact form factor for placement on a desk, in a studio, or in a lab.

Double Z axis

A dual Z-axis system with two independent motors and trapezoidal screws ensures smooth head movement. This solution improves printing accuracy, increases the dimensional repeatability of the models, and reduces the risk of the X-axis arm sagging during prolonged operation.
