The Revopoint MetroY Pro is a professional 3D scanner designed for engineers, designers, developers and professionals involved in quality control and reverse engineering. It can scan objects between 10 x 10 x 10 mm and 1 x 1 x 1 m, combining precision and high detail. It offers five operating modes and a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm x L (m), and allows scanning in both portable and fixed configurations. As a result, it provides fast data acquisition, flexible operation, and repeatable results.

Wide range of scannable objects

MetroY Pro allows you to scan both very small technical parts (10 mm) and larger objects up to 1 m. This allows you to digitize small details, complex mechanical components, equipment parts and elaborate structures with a single device. All of this makes the scanner suitable for a variety of industrial, prototyping, and manufacturing projects.

Advanced blue light scanning modes

MetroY Pro uses 34 blue laser cross lines, 15 parallel lines, a single line, and a full-field pattern of 62 lines. In addition, it supports different scanning modes. Cross-Lines works well for shiny and dark materials, Parallel-Lines is suitable for scanning fine details, and Single-Line accurately captures the geometry of deep holes and hard-to-reach areas using markers. There's also a Full-field mode that allows you to quickly digitize complex objects. You can also use the device in combination with the included rotating stand to automatically scan models in a repeatable and smooth manner.

Improved accuracy and measurement stability

The MetroY Pro offers a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm x L (m), allowing stable and consistent data across the entire surface of the scanned object. These characteristics are particularly important in dimensional inspection processes, component design and geometry restoration, as well as in applications that require maximum precision in spatial mapping.

High-speed data acquisition

The MetroY Pro offers two speeds depending on the operating mode: in multiline scanning the speed is up to 1,700,000 dots per second and in full field mode it reaches 7,000,000 dots per second. This allows you to digitize even complex objects quickly!

Spray-free scanning on selected surfaces

MetroY Pro allows you to scan selected dark and glossy surfaces without a spray. As a result, many objects can be digitized without additional preparation steps. This solution significantly reduces working time and is ideal for professional applications. For more demanding surfaces, such as metallic, highly reflective or transparent surfaces, it is possible to apply the spray as indicated, improving the quality of reproduction.

Convenient Wi-Fi 6 and USB-C connectivity

The scanner offers two operating modes: wired and wireless. Wi-Fi 6 provides fast data transfer and freedom when scanning, while the USB-C port allows for a stable connection to a computer or mobile device. This makes the MetroY Pro suitable for a variety of tasks.

Ergonomic and lightweight design

The MetroY Pro only weighs about 450 grams, so it won't make you feel tired even during the longest scanning sessions. The ergonomic handle and intuitive button layout allow for comfortable operation and give you full control of the entire process. In addition, the compact design makes it easy to maneuver precisely around complex surfaces and details.

MetroY Pro comes with a full set of accessories that allow you to start working almost immediately after unpacking. In the box you will find not only the scanner, but also a USB-C to USB-C cable, a power adapter, a carrying case and a calibration plate. Also included are 200 markers to help you track your subject. Plus, you get a Mobile Kit (3rd generation), a tripod, a swivel stand, and a test model. All this allows you to expand your job possibilities!

The MetroY Pro scanner works with the Revo Metro software, which allows convenient editing of 3D models and their preparation for further processing. The program allows export in PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF and FBX formats, ensuring compatibility with popular design applications. In addition, it works on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, giving you complete freedom in choosing your work environment.
