The Revopoint MetroY Ultra 3D Scanner is an advanced tool that combines blue light technology, multiline laser and structured light to achieve an accuracy of 0.015 mm per single scan. It operates at up to 90 frames per second, capturing up to 3,000,000 dots per second for fast and extremely accurate mapping. Thanks to Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, real-time data transfer is possible, while the Revo Metro software supports a complete workflow: from scanning to analysis and measurement. The Metroy Ultra not only offers single-scan accuracy of up to 0.015 mm, but also high volumetric accuracy, ensuring consistency in measurements even on large objects. This high precision makes it ideal for applications that require strict quality control and accurate dimensional analysis, reducing production errors and increasing process repeatability.
Fast and flexible scanning in all conditions
Designed for maximum performance, the MetroY Ultra offers scans of up to 90 FPS and an exceptional laser speed of 3,000,000 dots per second. It also handles difficult lighting conditions, operating with luminous intensities of up to 100,000 lux. The support for objects of various sizes, from about 50 mm to 1,000 mm, makes it a versatile tool for both small components and larger industrial parts.
5 scan modes for every need
The device offers five blue light scanning modes to adapt to each specific application. The High Speed mode with 34 crossed lines allows quick data collection, while the Details mode with 15 parallel lines guarantees high surface resolution. The single-line mode is ideal for scanning deep holes, and the structured light is effective for mapping larger surfaces. In addition, the automatic turntable mode allows smaller objects to be scanned unattended, greatly speeding up the workflow.
Professional software and complete data control
The scanner is compatible with Revo Metro and Revo Measure software, which offer advanced analysis and measurement functions. The measurement algorithms are certified by the German Metrology Institute PTB, confirming compliance with international standards. Users benefit from an intuitive interface, texture visualization and the ability to export measurement reports, ensuring a smooth transition from scanning to final analytical data.
Wireless operation
