The integrated 9-axis IMU stabilizes every movement, eliminating motion, and the 180° tiltable 2K AMOLED screen allows you to intuitively view progress in real time. With a four-step workflow (preparation of markers, photography, calculation and acquisition of the point cloud, and processing and export), Miraco Plus streamlines prototyping and advanced design, offering the highest quality measurements without the need for external services.

At the heart of Miraco Plus is an ultra-efficient photogrammetric metrology system that reduces the accumulation of errors in real time when connecting subsequent fragments of the point cloud. It is thanks to it that every form, even the most complex, from the impressive sculptures to the tiny mechanical components, is mapped with an incomparable consistency. With a single frame accuracy of up to 0.04 mm, you won't miss any detail. The photogrammetric accuracy of the length of 0.02 mm + 0.05 mm × L (m) ensures that your model is faithful to the real dimensions.

From microscopic screws to large industrial objects

Miraco Plus effortlessly handles both delicate jewelry and large automotive or motorcycle components. The 2x optical zoom allows you to focus on the smallest details, and the capture speed of up to 20 frames per second means you'll capture even long objects quickly and smoothly. You can adapt the two operating modes (Single-shot and Continuous) to your needs, regardless of the complexity of the surface you are scanning.

Unmatched color quality and stability

The built-in 48MP RGB camera captures the entire color spectrum in 8K quality, so finished 3D models don't require any additional color correction. The 9-axis IMU-based stabilization (Inertial Measurement Unit, a module that measures the acceleration and angular velocity of an object in space using accelerometers and gyroscopes) eliminates motion and vibrations, even when working in the field or without a tripod. A large 2K AMOLED screen (Active-Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode, an advanced display technology that uses organic light-emitting diodes), which tilts 180°, allows you to monitor the progress of the scan in real time and in any position.

Intuitive workflow in four steps

The entire digitization workflow is reduced to four simple steps, performed without moving the data from the device until the final export: the first step is preparation (placing the included measuring tapes, encoded targets and markers on or around the object, which are the reference for photogrammetric analysis), photography (taking photos from different angles and heights, until every part of the object is in the frame), the calculation and acquisition of point clouds (Miraco Plus recognizes automatically the positions of the markers, merges the shots and creates a coherent cloud of points), and the processing and export (the advanced software allows you to correct, filter and modify the model, then export the finished file to a desktop or cloud with one click).
