Ottima esperienza complessivamente, in generale peccato per la totale mancanza di tracking diretta dal sito, ciononostante ottima customer care che informa ed è in linea diretta, occorrerebbe almeno informare dell'assenza di oggetti a magazzino per aiutare il consumatore a prendere una scelta informata. Mah !!! Non è cominciata bene : sito poco aggiornato dato che dopo 2 giorni dal mio ordine ( che sul sito i pezzi venivano dati per disponibili) si sono rilevati " da ordinare" !! Vengo comunque avvisato via mail che ci volevano 7 /10 GG che scadono oggi ma di mezzo c'è un giorno festivo e un weekend... Speriamo bene !!
