Benissimo unica cosa le pastiglie per lavastoviglie non sono buone di nulla un disastro
Nonostante l’assenza del prodotto in magazzino, mi è stato recapitato in tempi brevi
Il prodotto acquistato una decina di giorni or sono non mi è ancora pervenuto, sono stato avvertito del ritardo inizialmente, ma da allora nessuna notizia, e adesso devo partire per le ferie. Sarebbe stata gradita una maggior attenzione, con aggiornamenti sullo stato dell'ordine.

Spedizione veloce, ottima comunicazione. Il pacco è arrivato prima di avere il tracking number.
La modalità di vendita online è valida, paragonabile ad altri negozi. La nota dolente è che la disponibilità a magazzino non è evidente. Ho acquistato un ricambio e, solo dopo qualche giorno, sono stato informato via email che Assperr avrebbe fatto un ordine al fornitore perché non ce n'erano in magazzino. Ritardo di consegna di almeno una settimana. Bene aver informato il cliente e aver reagito per soddisfarlo, meno bene aver aspettato un ordine per verificare la disponibilità a magazzino

Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. Esperienza d’acquisto pessima! Impastatrice Kenwood con bilancia non funzionante. Nessuna possibilità di restituire la merce nonostante la garanzia legale. Sovrapprezzo per sedizione “speciale”. L’azienda ha poi offerto una riparazione ma non copriva le spese di spedizione. Sconsigliato.
