Ho chiesto e pagato (€60) per un servizio assistenza su un piano cottura elica. Dopo alcuni giorni mi hanno scritto che non fanno interventi a domicilio (!) ma solo prelevando il pezzo rotto in laboratorio , un piano cottura da 100kg !mi restituiranno i €60 su carta ma ad oggi ancora nulla .
Avevo ordinato 3 prodotti, ma uno tardava ad essere assortito. Ho chiamato per chiedere aggiornamenti. Non solo l'operatrice è stata gentilissima al telefono, ma non nemmeno hanno avuto alcun problema ad annullare l'ordine del prodotto ritardatario rimborsandomi l'importo e facendo partire la spedizione per il resto del materiale il giorno stesso.
