Poco dopo avere fatto l'ordine mi hanno scritto via email dicendomi che purtroppo il ricambio che avevo ordinato non era in magazzino e se volevo annullare tutto; per fortuna ciò che chiedevo era una scorta che non avevo fretta di ricevere, per cui ho scelto di aspettare che rifornissero il magazzino ed oggi ho ricevuto tutto. Ordine fatto il 23 agosto oggi 2 settembre ordine non ancora arrivato
Ho acquistato online due filtri ricambio. Il giorno seguente mi scrivete che purtroppo non erano dispon. Lo sarebbero stati in 07-10 giorni. Vi ho risposto che avrei atteso. Ad oggi 03-07 dopo ieri avervi scritto, avervi chiamato ma in ditta c'è solo il tasto 1 corrispondente al magazzino che risponde il quale ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare appena possibile ad oggi nessuno mi ha risposto,eppure nella mia mail però ho ricevuto richieste di feedback come se avessi già ricevuto tutto. Ed allora ecco fatto questa è la mia esperienza dopo aver acquistato. Attendo info in merito all'ordine effettuato in data 20.05. Grazie
