Esperienza d’acquisto pessima! Impastatrice Kenwood con bilancia non funzionante. Nessuna possibilità di restituire la merce nonostante la garanzia legale. Sovrapprezzo per sedizione “speciale”. L’azienda ha poi offerto una riparazione ma non copriva le spese di spedizione. Sconsigliato.

Ho acquistato online due filtri ricambio. Il giorno seguente mi scrivete che purtroppo non erano dispon. Lo sarebbero stati in 07-10 giorni. Vi ho risposto che avrei atteso. Ad oggi 03-07 dopo ieri avervi scritto, avervi chiamato ma in ditta c'è solo il tasto 1 corrispondente al magazzino che risponde il quale ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare appena possibile ad oggi nessuno mi ha risposto,eppure nella mia mail però ho ricevuto richieste di feedback come se avessi già ricevuto tutto. Ed allora ecco fatto questa è la mia esperienza dopo aver acquistato. Attendo info in merito all'ordine effettuato in data 20.05. Grazie
