INGREDIENTS
- 600 g of chicken in pieces
- 60 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 50 g of chopped onion
- 50 g of diced carrots
- A glass of white wine
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes in wedges
- A sprig of rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 40 g of chopped onion
- 40 g of diced carrots
- A glass of water
- 300 g of fresh peas
- A sprig of parsley
Procedure
For peas: set Sautè, High, 15 minutes. Fry onion and carrots in oil and as soon as they are browned, add peas, salt, pepper and a glass of water. Place the lid without closing and wait for cooking. When finished, keep them aside. For chicken instead, set Sautè, High, 12 minutes. Sauté onion and carrots in oil, add the chicken pieces and sauté. Pour in the white wine and let it melt completely. Add the cherry tomatoes, rosemary and cover. Switch to Pressure Cook, Low, 35 minutes. At the end of cooking, depressurize manually. Add the peas and mix everything, setting Sautè, High for 5 minutes. Finally, add the parsley and serve the dish hot.
