esperienza eccellente. chiarimenti accurati ottenuti prontamente dall'operatore telefonico al numero fornito dal sito. spedizione immediata, marginale una piccola incomprensione con il corriere che aveva indicato la consegna nel pomeriggio ma che si è presentato al mio domicilio in anticipo al mattino. L'autista mi ha chiamato al telefono e siamo riusciti a risolvere. L'oggetto acquistato aveva un imballo originale e intatto, e corrispondeva in tutto al mio ordine. Il prezzo da me pagato era significativamente più basso di quello offerto da aziende più note. Bravi.

Acquisto pagato con carta di credito per un ordine da €45,00 effettuato il 29/05/2025 ad oggi la merce ancora non è mai arrivata, ho tentato di fare un colloquio con l’azienda ma è tutto robotizzato in chat quindi nessuna risposta … professionalità e onestà zero!!!…azienda non affidabile!!!

Ho acquistato e pagato un prodotto disponibile sul sito e non in magazzino. Vendere merce sul sito disponibile ma in realtà non credo sia una cosa seria. Sto ancora aspettando quando da me pagato. Speriamo di non aver perso i soldi.
Buono il contatto con il servizio clienti, più lenta delle aspettative la consegna del prodotto per carenza di magazzino ma nel complesso esperienza d’acquisto buona.
Ho dovuto aspettare un pochino l'ordine, in quanto i pezzi richiesti non erano tutti disponibili sul momento, ma ho ricevuto fin da subito assistenza e ad ogni mia richiesta di aggiornamento ho avuto una risposta immediata. Oltretutto il pezzo che ho richiesto, su altre piattaforme costava notevolmente di più!
Servizio clienti ok con risposte veloci, il pacco ci ha messo quattro giorni anziché due ad arrivare che è sopportabile (dicono che era in un'altra sede). Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.
Corretti ! Non potendo evadere l'ordine nei tempi previsti, mi hanno dato possibilità di recedere con rimborso o procedere con una nuova data di consegna (poi rispettata puntualmente). Soddisfatto dei ricambi e del servizio clienti.
