Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. Azienda molto seria. Ho ricevuto il prodotto in tempi rapidi con il corriere fedex. Il prodotto aveva la griglia di protezione posteriore visibilmente ammaccata , nonostante il pacco era integro e ben imballato. Ho fatto presente il problema, e per evitare la sostituzione, in quanto il pacco pesa piú di 30kg ho proposto di inviarmi solo la griglia, che mi invieranno in una settimana in quanto al momento non ê disponibile nei loro magazzini. Sono certo che terranno fede alla loro parola.
