• IN THE WASHING MACHINE (2.5 kg of laundry): 50 ml by selecting the program for sports or synthetic garments. Optionally select short wash (30 minutes), temperature 30°C, centrifuge 700 revolutions max.
• BY HAND: 40 ml in the wash water. Let it soak and rub gently.
