Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. Ottima esperienza complessivamente, in generale peccato per la totale mancanza di tracking diretta dal sito, ciononostante ottima customer care che informa ed è in linea diretta, occorrerebbe almeno informare dell'assenza di oggetti a magazzino per aiutare il consumatore a prendere una scelta informata.
