Ricambio perfetto, aderente alla descrizione, per quanto non ci fosse una foto a supporto. Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare circa 10 GG in più per il riassortimento, ma ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi indicati dall'assistenza clienti che mi aveva offerto il rimborso nel caso non avessi voluto attendere. Ho acquistato online due filtri ricambio. Il giorno seguente mi scrivete che purtroppo non erano dispon. Lo sarebbero stati in 07-10 giorni. Vi ho risposto che avrei atteso. Ad oggi 03-07 dopo ieri avervi scritto, avervi chiamato ma in ditta c'è solo il tasto 1 corrispondente al magazzino che risponde il quale ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare appena possibile ad oggi nessuno mi ha risposto,eppure nella mia mail però ho ricevuto richieste di feedback come se avessi già ricevuto tutto. Ed allora ecco fatto questa è la mia esperienza dopo aver acquistato. Attendo info in merito all'ordine effettuato in data 20.05. Grazie
