Facilità di acquisto indiscutibile. Non proprio la velocità di consegna presso il punto di ritiro (nel caso specifico non è stato un problema in quanto non avevo urgenza), però, in rapporto di altri servizi di altri operatori, qualche giorno per la consegna è tanto. Il ritiro è andato a buon fine, solo con un appunto: mi sono presentato al punto ritiro, ho semplicemente detto che ci dovrebbe essere un prodotto per me e la commessa mi ha "semplicemente" risposto che le è pervenuto un pacco, che non sa cosa contenga, mi ha chiesto solo se sono Simone, ho detto di si, ma potevo essere anche Mario, così me lo ho consegnato senza chiedermi prova dell'acquisto. Va benissimo !!!! Ma se invece fossi stato Mario e non Simone ??? Il mio prodotto, già pagato, sarebbe stato consegnato ad uno sconosciuto.
Mi sembra ci sia un po’ di disorganizzazione a livello di tracciamento…treking e comunicazione, poiché a tutt’oggi non ho ricevuto l’ordine ma mi si chiede la recensione …..
Mandato la macchinetta del caffè in assistenza è oltre 3 settimane e nemmeno il preventivo per la riparazione mi hanno mandato!
