Velocity

Speed 2 is used for solid foods and in large quantities. Speed 1 is used for small quantities, for example if the liquid does not completely exceed the 4-tooth protection dome, and with foamy compounds such as whipped cream.

Blend

When blending with Bamix® you have to rotate your wrist slowly, raising it slightly and letting it fall back on the compound. No need to crush or beat. The grain of the grinding depends on the time of use.

Mount

Place the Bamix® on the bottom of the glass and, keeping it slightly tilted, lift it along the wall of the container. When the mixture no longer increases in volume, place it back on the bottom and repeat until the desired consistency is reached.

Mix

Immerse the slightly inclined Bamix® in the compound to be mixed, turn it on and rotate very slowly. The blade will do its job, so you don't need strength. Turn off the Bamix® before removing it from the food to avoid splashing.
