Ricevuto l'oggetto in ottime condizione, imballaggio perfetto, ho sostituito la caldaia perché dopo 26 anni di onorato servizio cominciava ad avere perdite di vapore. Complimenti all'azienda produttrice Tranquillo Beltrami
Del prodotto (3 distanziali da pochi euro non urgenti) disponibili,mi hanno subito avvisato che andavano riassortiti e che avrebbero avuto un ritardo di circa una settimana. Una settimana, dopo, sono arrivati senza problemi. Mi hanno anche dato subito disponibilità ad annullare l'ordine. Mi sono sembrati una ditta, seria.
Tempi di attesa lunghi perché il pezzo ordinato non lo avevano in magazzino e lo hanno dovuto ordinare. Do 4 e non 5 stelle solo per quello.

Ho acquistato online due filtri ricambio. Il giorno seguente mi scrivete che purtroppo non erano dispon. Lo sarebbero stati in 07-10 giorni. Vi ho risposto che avrei atteso. Ad oggi 03-07 dopo ieri avervi scritto, avervi chiamato ma in ditta c'è solo il tasto 1 corrispondente al magazzino che risponde il quale ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare appena possibile ad oggi nessuno mi ha risposto,eppure nella mia mail però ho ricevuto richieste di feedback come se avessi già ricevuto tutto. Ed allora ecco fatto questa è la mia esperienza dopo aver acquistato. Attendo info in merito all'ordine effettuato in data 20.05. Grazie
