Cordiali ed efficienti.
Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. La modalità di vendita online è valida, paragonabile ad altri negozi. La nota dolente è che la disponibilità a magazzino non è evidente. Ho acquistato un ricambio e, solo dopo qualche giorno, sono stato informato via email che Assperr avrebbe fatto un ordine al fornitore perché non ce n'erano in magazzino. Ritardo di consegna di almeno una settimana. Bene aver informato il cliente e aver reagito per soddisfarlo, meno bene aver aspettato un ordine per verificare la disponibilità a magazzino
