Ho acquistato il prodotto il 24/07/2024. Il giorno 25/07/2024 mi scrivono "Purtroppo ricambio ordinato è terminato in magazzino. Verrà ordinato a fornitore, in arrivo tra 7-10 giorni." Il prodotto acquistato una decina di giorni or sono non mi è ancora pervenuto, sono stato avvertito del ritardo inizialmente, ma da allora nessuna notizia, e adesso devo partire per le ferie. Sarebbe stata gradita una maggior attenzione, con aggiornamenti sullo stato dell'ordine.
