Poco dopo avere fatto l'ordine mi hanno scritto via email dicendomi che purtroppo il ricambio che avevo ordinato non era in magazzino e se volevo annullare tutto; per fortuna ciò che chiedevo era una scorta che non avevo fretta di ricevere, per cui ho scelto di aspettare che rifornissero il magazzino ed oggi ho ricevuto tutto. Ho chiesto e pagato (€60) per un servizio assistenza su un piano cottura elica. Dopo alcuni giorni mi hanno scritto che non fanno interventi a domicilio (!) ma solo prelevando il pezzo rotto in laboratorio , un piano cottura da 100kg !mi restituiranno i €60 su carta ma ad oggi ancora nulla .
Il sito non è aggiornato, ho fatto un acquisto e dopo due giorni mi hanno inviato una mail scusandosi perché il prodotto non era più disponibile e mi avrebbero rimborsato. Ho più acquistato su Amazon!
