You can choose three different cooking methods:

• Heat and fry: allows you to quickly reach high temperatures.
• Boiling or cooking with water: allows you to reach high water temperatures.
• Slow cooking or sous vide: it allows you to control low-medium temperatures, avoiding reaching high temperatures on the bottom.

PLUS cooking menu

Discover Asko's new PLUS Menu, the easiest and fastest way to cook with Asko induction cookers. With automatic pot recognition technology, cooking will be even more intuitive and safe. Choose Asko's PLUS Menu and make your kitchen even more efficient and modern. The PLUS menu allows you to cook with semi-automatic programs, allowing temperature cooking for all types of pots that fit the purpose of the program.

• Grilling: Exclusive for bridge cooking zones, combined with other zones to have a larger cooking surface.
• Fry: With this function you can cook vegetables, fish, bacon, meat, fried potatoes or eggs using butter or oil.
• Keep warm and warm: With this program you can melt the chocolate (45°C), keep the dishes warm (70°C), simmer (94°C) or bring to a boil (100°C).

Auto Bridge™

When using very large pots and pans, the Auto Bridge function in designated areas expands the useful surface of the induction, making it possible to use larger pots, grill plates and Teppan Yaki.

Easy Dial 2.0

The touch control using a circular slider shows the heat power level on the display, both graphically and numerically. In this way, you will have the immediate perception of the level of heat with which you are cooking or, by looking at the number, of the power level or the temperature.
