La piattaforma di shopping on line non è certo evoluta come altre di nomi blasonati, ma ho trovato quello che cercavo e, seppure l'accessorio non fosse disponibile in casa, mi è stato procurato in pochi giorni.
In realtà ho dovuto annullare l’ordine per motivi di natura fiscale e lo rifarò a breve…l’assistenza è stata di gran livello!
Azienda molto seria. Ho ricevuto il prodotto in tempi rapidi con il corriere fedex. Il prodotto aveva la griglia di protezione posteriore visibilmente ammaccata , nonostante il pacco era integro e ben imballato. Ho fatto presente il problema, e per evitare la sostituzione, in quanto il pacco pesa piú di 30kg ho proposto di inviarmi solo la griglia, che mi invieranno in una settimana in quanto al momento non ê disponibile nei loro magazzini. Sono certo che terranno fede alla loro parola.
Ottima esperienza di acquisto e servizio clienti impeccabile. Risolto in pochi minuti un problema creato da me. Forse un po cari i costi dj spedizioni.
Mi sono trovato bene. Ottimo assortimento di ricambi per il mio aspirapolvere Rowenta, molto difficili da trovare altrove.
