Ho acquistato online due filtri ricambio. Il giorno seguente mi scrivete che purtroppo non erano dispon. Lo sarebbero stati in 07-10 giorni. Vi ho risposto che avrei atteso. Ad oggi 03-07 dopo ieri avervi scritto, avervi chiamato ma in ditta c'è solo il tasto 1 corrispondente al magazzino che risponde il quale ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare appena possibile ad oggi nessuno mi ha risposto,eppure nella mia mail però ho ricevuto richieste di feedback come se avessi già ricevuto tutto. Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità.
