Il prodotto è arrivato ma in ritardo perché non era in giacenza, questo imprevisto non era stato comunicato al momento dell’ordine ma solo in seguito, comunque è stata data la possibilità di recedere.
Ho acquistato online due filtri ricambio. Il giorno seguente mi scrivete che purtroppo non erano dispon. Lo sarebbero stati in 07-10 giorni. Vi ho risposto che avrei atteso. Ad oggi 03-07 dopo ieri avervi scritto, avervi chiamato ma in ditta c'è solo il tasto 1 corrispondente al magazzino che risponde il quale ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare appena possibile ad oggi nessuno mi ha risposto,eppure nella mia mail però ho ricevuto richieste di feedback come se avessi già ricevuto tutto. Ed allora ecco fatto questa è la mia esperienza dopo aver acquistato. Attendo info in merito all'ordine effettuato in data 20.05. Grazie
Tutto perfetto. Nulla da dire se non di Positivo. Per quanto a Assperr. Purtroppo il trasporto pur che io lo capisca che ci sono dei costi ecc ecc. Ma è un suicidio dovrebbero trovare una via alternativa per appunto questi trasporti di piccoli oggetti e piccoli prezzi. Sig. Tirate le conclusioni voi di quello che ho scritto. 👍👍👍👍👋👋👋👋
A tutt'oggi ancora non ho ricevuto l'ordine perché il corriere BRT non si degna di consegnare il pacco contattati più volte niente devo andare io a ritirarlo in un altra provincia. Un consiglio cambiate corriere perché i clienti non pagano le spese di spedizione per poi andare a ritirarlo di persona a svariati km in un altra provincia.
Società seria, assistenza durante l'acquisto tramite chat eccellente. Rapidità nella spedizione, il giorno dopo il prodotto era già da me.
Ho acquistato il prodotto il 24/07/2024. Il giorno 25/07/2024 mi scrivono "Purtroppo ricambio ordinato è terminato in magazzino. Verrà ordinato a fornitore, in arrivo tra 7-10 giorni." Ho risposto che accettavo la tempistica e di procedere ma ad oggi (29/08/2024) non ho più avuto nessun ritorno. Non posso certo dare una recensione positiva....
Ordinato e arrivato nei tempi previsti !!
