Purtroppo il mio problema specifico non si è risolto e la macchina Nespresso da riparare è tornata indietro non riparata (mi hanno avvisato di ciò ma non ho capito il perché). Le 4 stelle per il servizio accessorio dalla presa della macchina da riparare alla riconsegna.
Non mi è ancora arrivato il pezzo, pagato il 27/12/24. Nessuno risponde
