Gas barbecues designed and manufactured in Italy, with a modern and elegant design. The burners, professional type, are made of aluminized steel to work safely and effectively. The combustion chamber is made of stainless steel with an eternal durability compared to those made of sheet metal, of low quality and subject to wear. It is possible to choose three different modes of innovative cooking techniques according to needs: quick and direct cooking, indirect and diffuse cooking and infrared radiant (spit). TIPS

Cook fatty meats such as ribs over moderate heat, which takes time to cook inside and remove excess fat.
