TEPPANYAKI GRIDDLE
With Teppanyaki cooking the flame heats the stainless steel griddle by conduction and therefore directly cooks the food, reaching the ideal cooking temperature quickly and evenly (230/250°C in just 7 minutes). The advantages are:
- Fast heating thanks to wide-band burners
- Light and healthy cooking: food is cooked directly on the griddle without added oils or fats, so it retains its nutritional properties and flavor
- Hygiene: the stainless steel griddle does not rust
- Easier cleaning: the griddle has holes aligned with an internal gutter where cooking fats drain
- Economy: flame heat is not dispersed, reducing gas consumption
