TEPPANYAKI PLATE

With cooking on a Teppanyaki plate the heat is conducted through the stainless steel plate and thus directly to the food, reaching the ideal cooking temperature quickly (230/250° in just 7 minutes) and evenly distributed across the entire surface. The advantages are:

- Fast heating thanks to the wide-band burners
- Light and healthy cooking: food is cooked directly on the plate without adding oils or fats, so it preserves its nutritional properties and flavor
- Hygiene: the stainless steel plate does not rust
