With the grill it is possible to cook food with two different techniques: with traditional direct cooking, suitable for thin cuts of meat, for fish and for vegetables (in general for all foods that don't require more than 20 minutes of cooking), or through indirect cooking, in which the barbecue is used as if it were an oven.
Preheat the barbecue to 200° by turning on all the burners. Once the temperature is reached, turn off/keep the central burners on very low heat, place the food in them and close the lid: in this way, currents of hot air will be obtained with an oven effect. Indirect cooking is ideal for cooking very fatty (ribs) or large foods that require cooking times longer than 20/25 minutes (whole chickens or turkeys, roasts,
whole fish).

E' semplice ordinare, peccato che gli articoli sono segnati come disponibili sul sito, ma in realtà risultano da ordinare e ti avvisano solo dopo l'acquisto con una email. Anche dopo la mail, controllando il sito, la situazione non viene aggiornata. In molti negozi online purtroppo cominciano ad adottare questi sistemi pur di ricevere gli ordini, sistemi che trovo scorretti. Per fortuna il rimborso avviene senza problemi.

Ordinato il 6.12 preso ordine pagato poi mi e' stato detto che il ricambio non era in magazzino avebbero ordinato arrivo 7.10 giorni io dato ok.ma ad oggi non ho notizie.aspetto sempre fiducioso.
