Esperienza negativa perché il prezzo pubblicato non era corretto. Dopo aver acquistato una coppia di climatizzatori ed aver ricevuto le dovute notifiche, compresa la ricevuta di pagamento, dopo 48 h ricevo una mail in cui mi si informa che il prezzo dei prodotti fosse stato pubblicato per errore, e che per ricevere gli stessi prodotti avrei dovuto aggiungere circa 417 € in più. Ovviamente ho richiesto rimborso.

Ho dovuto aspettare un pochino l'ordine, in quanto i pezzi richiesti non erano tutti disponibili sul momento, ma ho ricevuto fin da subito assistenza e ad ogni mia richiesta di aggiornamento ho avuto una risposta immediata. C’è qualche discrepanza tra la disponibilità dei prodotti online e ciò che è effettivamente presente a magazzino. Per due ordini non è stato possibile la consegna di tutto quanto ordinato
