Non conoscevo ASSPERR cercando un articolo di cui avevo urgente bisogno, mi sono imbattuto in questo sito di acquisti online. Devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia per la chiara descrizione del prodotto grazie alla quale sono stato sicuro di aver ordinato esattamente l'articolo che mi serviva, i tempi di consegna veloci e l'imballo ottimo. Davvero molto soddisfatta!! L'acquisto sul sito è stato semplice e i prezzi sono più convenienti dei siti più famosi. L'assistenza clienti è stata rapida nel fornire informazioni e dati di spedizione. In aggiunta, c'è da dire che il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, il che aiuta sempre! Molto consigliato!
La consegna è stata rapida ma il prodotto è arrivato con gli angoli piegati, il confezionamento di oggetti così delicati andrebbe fatto con più cura.
Finora non è arrivato
Acquistato un prodotto il 17 settembre contrassegnato come disponibile e consegna in 2/3 giorni. Dopo una settimana non ricevendolo vado a controllare e lo vedo disponibile in 30 giorni. Così scrivo all'assistenza che mi risponde che come scritto sul sito sarà disponibile da loro 31 giorni dopo la mail (da quando scrive.... era già passata una settimana) e che in seguito lo spediranno a me. Il 4 novembre, dopo un mese e mezzo dall'ordine, il prodotto mi viene consegnato. Meglio tardi che mai. Prodotto come da ordine.

Poco dopo fatto l'ordine, sono stata contattata dal customer service, per informarmi del fatto che TUTTI gli oggetti acquistati non erano disponibili. Avrebbero dovuto rifornirsi, e poi avrebbero proceduto alla spedizione. Morale della favola: sono ancora in attesa, e non capisco perché vengano lasciati in vendita articoli che sono out of stock,
